ALS, BLS and Critical Care Transport

Ground versus air transport has the advantage of operating independent of adverse weather conditions such as rain, snow or fog.  Our ambulances are able to transport greater weight (passengers + equipment) over distance when compared to air medical transport at less than half the cost! We are ready to take you, your patient or family member safely where and when you need to go.

Guardian is Virginia state-certified for critically ill patients.  We carry  HT70 ventilators for patient's 5-100 kg, IV pumps and supportive pharmaceuticals for RSI and sedation.  Our paramedics have an average of 10+ years experience and come from various backgrounds including fire/EMS, flight, tactical, and critical care hospital-based settings. Paramedics are required to continue their education with ventilator classes, cadaver labs, and QA participation/review with our medical director.
